Payment is due upon registration. Studios, please make one payment for all your dancers.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT- To be eligible for the early bird discount, all entries and payments must be received in the 8 office 45 DAYS PRIOR to the start date of the competition.
REGULAR FEES – To be eligible for regular fees, all entries and payments must be received in the 8 office 30 DAYS PRIOR to the start date of the competition.
LATE FEES - Payments not received in the 8 office 30 DAYS PRIOR to the start of the competition must be paid by credit card or cashier’s check and include late fees.
INDEPENDENT ENTRIES – Fees must be paid in full on DATE OF ENTRY. The entry will be deleted if payment is not received in the 8 office within 24 hours of the entry.
No entry fee payments will be accepted at the competition.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for any reason after the 30 day cut off.
Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 return fee.
